A floral encounter between German and French florist students

Wednesday 9 October, 16 students of technical school of Camblannes-et-Meynac and 14 young german(...)s u l’Philip-Holzmann School arrived a few days earlier in the region, created and exhibited their floral works, on the theme of Bordeaux bridges.
All day Wednesday, they worked at the Tristan Flora high school to represent one of the five bridges of Bordeaux, only with flowers and some accessories.

The flower arrangementswere most original, the more so as the French and German pupils allied in groups of about eight pupils and worked together to arrive at the five final results. German students had previously studied Bordeaux, where they were hosted for a week (at the Bordeaux Youth Hostel).

Cultural exchange, set up by Isabelle Boyer, association INFA Gradignan (project subsidized by the Franco-German Youth Office) and his German counterpart Amélie Asturia, in Frankfurt and thanks to the will of the two establishments.

Madame Béatrice De Saint Léger (trainer in floral art with apprentices BP florists) carried the project all week and worked with the apprentices. Amélie Astoury, Arthur Got, association work end life Hessen(Franco-German project managers) and Catherine Cochet, construction manager at the Camblannes-et-Meynac high school, also supervised these activities.
