Incivilities, growing inaccuracy and arrogance in French society
A scooter (Géraldine, 35 years and waitress in life) drive carefully to Cenon (not on the bike path, not very fast). A 206 black follows him and starts to get impatient behind this red-haired young woman who knows her traffic rules. Suddenly, the car disengages on the right of the two-wheeler and the double, shameless, riding on the bike path (a symbolic stroke of white paint) and rushes at full speed to overtake her. Outraged, Géraldine honking her horn feeling in danger. The motorist suddenly stops, of anger. The young woman cannot brake, and faced with this blatant fishtail can't stop in time : she fits in him.

Great noise of crumpled sheet, scooter on the side, Géraldine finds herself on the ground on the road…
The driver (about forty years) gets out of the snarling car, aggressive to verbally insult and verbally assault the victim, still down, and who gets up with difficulty by grimacing. She also has a say : « Dis, you double me on the right, you knock me down and you insult me ?! You can't drive right ? ». Names of birds on both sides during 20 seconds, and the driver (There is no other word), after checking that his car shows no signs of shock, leaves as soon as she sees a woman talking on the phone outside, as well as an older man, both witnesses to the clash.
Witness and victim reflexes
Géraldine, shocked by his fall and the surprise caused by the outrageous attitude of the driver who is now on the run (officially it is not, having dismounted after the accident, no one is obliged to make a statement according to the words of the police officer consulted ...) creaks following the solicitude of the two passers-by coming to his rescue, burst in tears, shocked.
"He had no right, my knee and hand hurt ... ", obvious to any sensible person, facts confirmed by the old man and the young woman on the phone.

Complaint to the police

trivial (?!) … A case that once again demonstrates a general state of mind of incivility, of incorrectness and banditry : our society breeds increasingly disrespectful and selfish behavior. Our children don't have to go through what we're building.
It's time we give ourselves all, the means to realize that something has to be done. We must all act, to our measure to prevent our world from turning into the jungle…

– The scooter was declared irreparable after expertise ( damaged fork, broken brake handle, badly damaged fairing )
– The complaint and the testimony have been filed, the vehicle would have been rented. Therefore, the person at fault and who has cowardly fled will be difficult to judge because the file and the police report will probably have to be sent to another department…
